Pumpkin Patch

I took Mason to a pumpkin patch with a play group. This patch had everything- a petting zoo, rides, a bounce house, a big slide, and games.

Mason really loved the petting zoo area. He kept chasing the goats and petting them. He clucked at the chickens and petted the rabbits. He even found 2 eggs that the chickens had laid!
Mason loved looking at all the pumpkins. He really liked the little pumpkins. He kept calling them "baby pumpkins"
So cute!
The patch had little pumpkins and dried corn on the cob all over the hay bales for decoration. Mason thought that they needed to be in piles like all the other pumpkins, so he took the liberty of collecting all the corn and little pumpkins and creating his own piles...
Mason will not look at the camera anymore! This is as good as it gets...he still looks cute!
Mason definitely had a blast! He was even more excited when he got his very own baby pumpkin to take home! He pulled the baby pumpkin around in his little wagon all day!

Gilcrease Orchard

This year we decided to take Mason out to Gilcrease Orchard and pick our own pumpkins. It was a lot of fun except it was way hotter than it should be in October. We walked through a bunch of pumpkin path areas, squash areas, apple and pear trees, etc. We ended up getting 2 pumpkins and some fresh made apple cider. Yummy!

Mason walked through a little hay maze...
He had to pick up everything...
He found a tomato mixed in the pumpkin area...
Mason found the perfect pumpkins...

Fun at the Park

We took Mason to this really cool park in North Las Vegas. He was so excited because there were all sorts of new play things that he has never seen at the parks we usually go to. He was running around from thing to thing so fast I could barely keep up.

He loved the great big caterpillar...
He was thrilled that there was a big tunnel...he is seriously obsessed with tunnels...
Great big blocks to climb on...
And a great big alligator, of course!

California Pizza Kitchen

A couple of weeks ago, we went to CPK with a play group. They let kids come in for tours of their kitchen. Along with the tour, they had dough and pizza toppings so each kid could make their own pizza. It was so fun for the kids! I don't think Mason was too excited about the tour until he saw some giant tongs hanging up and then he got really excited. He loves tongs...

After the kids made their pizzas, they came and took them to go in the oven. Mason was trying to eat his before it was cooked and when they took it, he started crying...I think he was attached to his pizza and didn't quite get it that they were taking it to cook.

The cutest little face ever!

Random Pictures

We have had lots of fun the past couple months!
We have gone to the park with Mason's favorite friend Kenadie.
He talks about her everyday :)

He was a lucky boy to ride in the car at the grocery store. Only because Dad was with us.
I don't let Mason ride in there. Mean mom...
We had a visit from Grandma, Grandpa, Rachel, and Cami.
Mason also talks about Grandpa daily.
We spent some time at Grandpa Great's house. Mason loves to spend time in
his backyard. There is always carrots to pick, animals to feed, and dirt to dig in. Little boy heaven!
Mason has a new obsession with tunnels. He is lucky to have Aunt Kristin to play tunnels with him. Mom doesn't have the patience to build the tunnel every 30 seconds after it gets knocked down.
